ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As an Administrative Executive you will be part of our Darwin based Planning & Trading team, taking responsibility for the administration of the recruitment advertising process for the client team.

Skills you’ll develop:

  • An understanding of the principles of planning recruitment advertising across recruitment publishers.
  • Proficient in the use & understanding of Ad212 software (internal), and the use of supplier sites (Seek, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Management of the budget process (ensuring budgets match briefs) and accurate loading into the finance system.
