CLIENT LEAD

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will be an experienced Senior Account Director  with 8-10 years experience in channel/ planning and trading or in a client management role. You will be managing a fast paced account with numerous stakeholders within an agency environment. You have developed exemplary client management communication & relationship skills. You will have experience in planning & trading, but with a skew toward planning experience. You must be comfortable to sell in the role of channel across all channels both ATL and Performance and align to how they will deliver to client objectives.

You will also have experience and have a passion for managing and motivating a team to deliver against shared goals, help navigate briefs, client challenges and deliver to client objectives.

You will have the ability to grow into a role that sees you manage and lead key senior client relationships, pitch for new business opportunities and lead and grow a team.
