WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A performance specialist with 7+ years experience of digital implementation in an agency environment across Search, Social and other channels with an emphasis on growing search accounts and online sign ups. You need to be proficient at pulling insights from Google Analytics, forecasting for multiple channels and recommending digital attribution and channel mix strategy. As such, you will need to manage and develop holistic digital services and strategy with excellent project management skills and be able to understand and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management.
You need to have the ability to prioritise multiple requests whilst driving inter-agency collaboration to achieve maximum results for your client and from your team and the ability to think and act strategically and when required out of the box.
