We are seeking an experienced creative workflow and production manager who has spent at least 5 years in a fast paced agency environment, supporting and helping to drive the creative product through a creative, social or media agency (with internal creative/production team).

Our Melbourne team is close knit, passionate about their work and client results and have maintained exceptional levels of client service at all times. They are a highly skilled team that until recently was predominantly made up of performance & biddable media specialists, however, with recent growth, the team’s skillset has diversified and is consistently growing. The team now covers planning and buying across all aspects of digital media, including but not limited to: direct-to-publisher digital display/video, programmatic display/video, SEM, social, affiliates, partnerships.

This opportunity is for a fixed term of 2 months, with the opportunity to extend up to 6 months.



As Assistant you will be provide indispensable support to the Performance team and deliver best in class implementation  support to ensure client results and expectations are achieved. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic and adaptive team, with an appetite for driving results for the clients.

The Performance Assistant is responsible for making sure tasks assigned are executed promptly, efficiently and effectively to help the team meet client objectives. You have an opportunity to develop and hone your understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how all channels play a role in delivering a desired business outcome.



As Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Implementation Planning & Investment team to drive strategic and innovative channel plans and help execute these for our clients. Your role is to assist with the administration of the media implementation planning & investment process including trading, monitoring, reporting and account queries across all channels.



  • Works within the SEO team directly reporting to both internal managers & client managers
  • Creates genuine relationships with media, websites & personnel on behalf of client
  • Manages relationships in a tangible, structured & easy to understand format
  • Uses web-based tools to both prospect opportunities and track performance of work
  • Able to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Has a solid understanding of technical SEO
  • Client reporting such as month end reports, weekly reports and WIPs & contact on ad hoc day-to-day requests
  • Set up automated reports within Google drive (or other shared platform) with the guidance of an SEO manager
  • Contributes to the Ideation process of outreach campaigns
  • Executes content amplification through organic and paid outlets (bloggers for organic; outbrain for paid)
  • Executes the items from a content calendar for driving new traffic to the site and link building campaigns
  • Source potential content partners / influencers for campaigns ideas. The ability to think creatively is important here as you will need think of innovative ways to source partners
  • Ability to list build for multiple verticals
  • Performs content & social audits,  link audits from identifying harmful links to finding hidden gems in a competitor’s link profile, performs link removal exercises, performs competitive SEO analysis and research, performs keyword research to identify new / existing content opportunities
  • Performs monthly maintenance checks on clients’ websites such as crawl reports and link health
  • Keeps pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

You will directly oversee the quality of the teams implementation output and reporting. Start to learn to identify the optimal media channel mix to maximise business outcomes for your client.

The Account Manager ensures that all client objectives are being met by closely monitoring and optimising activities and by maintaining an effective, purposeful, continual level of direct communication with clients. The Account Manager is also directly responsible for the support, mentoring and development of the Account Executives in his/her team.

The mid-weight Designer will have a passion for developing strong creative propositions that drive results for our clients as well as the Atomic brand. You will revel in creating design solutions for multiple media channels (across owned, earned and paid) with a strong focus on digital. Day-to-day creative output can vary – from creative concepting to developing brand identities, content, print material, social assets, digital display/performance assets as well as internal marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be equal parts self-starter and a strong team collaborator, and will have a unique opportunity to carve out a significant place for themselves in a growing creative department.



The internship is designed to expose you to the media industry, as well as giving you an opportunity for professional development within a leading agency.

The successful candidate will provide support to the account manager and the general manager across marketing and media operations, research and reporting. Not only will you work across some awesome clients you will be part of an award-winning culture in a harbor side location.

To set you up for success, the program will cover the following milestones:

After the 3 months, you will have:

  • Learned fundamental knowledge of media advertising and reporting.
  • Gained entry level knowledge of media planning and buying tools.
  • An understanding of various ad formats and the relevant specifications associated.
  • An understanding of the basic fundamentals of digital advertising and analytics.
  • Assisting in the research and production of client presentations.
  • The opportunity to move to a full time placement.

The media intern is required to work full-time, for 5 days a week (9am-5:30pm) for the duration of 3 months. For final year students please include your availability. For the right candidate, we may be able to accommodate reduced hours around your study.
